EV TrainingYes, EV training should be implemented. Considering the fact that there are no IVs in the game, wont all the pokemon of the same species just have the same stats? This is some what of a question, which I most likely wont get an answer to.

PA1 is pretty much done, when it comes to the combat system. PA2 will improve upon it, though there may or may not be EV's/IV's when everything is said and done. Depends on how hard it would be to implement this at the moment; it might not be too difficult though, in PA2, at least.
