if you are weak... and use rock smash... you will hit "heal hit"
so... you have set minimum damage limit to 0... dunno

example: pikachu hits arcanine with rock smash for -99 damage!

this 99 will heal

i dont know... if have another attack with same bug... but... check them! or.. if the attack code is bugged... dunno

I fixed this a while ago in all the attacks in a certain code file. However, HM's were not included in these, and thus, rock smash and cut continued to have no minimum damage. This only occurs when the total damage caused is less than the attackee's defense divided by 2.
