Eh, they'll be all added eventually (Heh, thats like my new catch phrase). I like to have more normal pokemon than legendaries, because it makes the game more balanced. In some games, you can get a legend within 5 minutes of joining...

I find it annyoing when all I see in games are legandaries walking around. It takes alot of the game away.
I would prefer people working for thier higher statted pokemon, not just gaining them when they join.

Actually, you do have to work for them. You need to complete quests, all of which involve defeating the legendary you want to be. When you defeat the legendary, you can proceed to get an event item. After obtaining said item, you log out, go back to the maze, and find legendary you want to become. It only let's you open the doors to the legends if you have the items.
